- The lightweight current carrying hose is 30 feet long. The CVS hose body is highly flexible to make sharp turns without cutting off the suction. The handgrip is also the latest design in ergonomic “Gas Pump” grips. Keeping the grab area small means less fatigue on your fingers and wrist than with gripping the whole diameter of the hose.
- This hose body is an oversized 1 3/8″ ID with a smooth bore interior for better airflow properties. The new 1 3/8″ hose works exactly the same as older 1.25″ hoses.

The Direct Connect type of connection fits only Direct Connect wall valves (like those shown above) where the CVS wall plate supplies the 120 Volts to the power nozzle through mini-pin connectors. These valves that accept this type of hose are also known by their brand names such the “Hayden Super Valve”, “Vaculine ElectraValve” and Nutone’s Super Valve. This Direct Connect hose is designed to work with all those direct connection (dual volt) valves on the market. The hose wall-end cuff is standard 1.5″ OD. This hose will not replace similar looking hoses by Nutone (the button position at the top metal stub is located differently).
