A reversible disc blade slices on one side and shreds on the other–perfect for making coleslaw and converting a hunk of Parmesan into sprinkling size. Pour oil into a receptacle on the cover, and it will stream through a hole during processing to make mayonnaise, aioli, and other emulsified dressings and sauces.
