Not sure what to do.I HATE Windows 7!Sometimes this laptop powers up and I can't get past the windows screen.I have to keep powering it down and up.Will try contacting AMAzon to see if I can get something better.

After this product I tried a Dell Inspiron 640 and sent it back to Dell.I wound up with a Sony Vaio E series, highly recommended by PC Mag, which i find awesome!

I like the new laptop.Always had good service from the Dell desktop we had.Had a Toshiba laptop but it was junk from the get-go.The Dell is plenty fast for my needs - web surfing, e-mail, a few spreadsheets, etc.A couple of complaints - I adjusted the touchpad but it still seems way too sensitive.Also could do without McAfee popping up every little while warning me of how much danger I'll be in once the 30 days of protection expire.

Overall I'm very satisfied.It was an easy set-up out of the box and so far does everything I need it to do and very well.
